These are the frequently asked questions for Andy's stolen cartoon collection. They were established a few years ago and last updated on 22/August/2008. Please let me know if you think anything is wrong or missing.

1. Is this site free Indeed it is and I hope that I can keep it like that for a very long time
2. Do I need a password No, I have removed the passwords. You now only need a password to access the extended session limit in the latest stuff section
3. My "latest stuff" password doesn't work That can have many reasons. Make sure that you type the password exactly as you see it on the screen and do not use any upper case letters. Do not use an old password or one from an other system. If you're using a browser which doesn't support the basic authentication scheme get Netscape or MSIE 2.0 or higher. If you think that you have done everything right and it still doesn't work email me the exact wording of the error message that you got and I'll try to work out what happened.
4. I'm getting document contains no data That means the server is extremely busy. Just check back some other time.
5. Your site is not available at all This happens when I have to take down the site for maintenance. You cannot do anything but coming back at some other time. If the problem persists please send me an email
6. Where do I direct my comments to just email me
7. What are the ads for They help me to cover at least part of my costs. You are not required to click on them in order to see the cartoons.
8. They pictures that I've sent you are not on the pages yet I have a huge backlog of new pics and it takes a while to process them. I could also be running out of webspace which stops me from putting new pics up altogether.
9. Why aren't you answering my mail I run this website in my spare time and would have to use my entire free time to answer all the mail. My apologies if you're missing out.
10. Some of your pages are re-loading very slowly These pages have links to dynamic pages which change their url regularly. If you go back to one of these they cannot be retrieved from the cache of your browser and have to be re-requested from my server in order to insure that the links are always uptodate.
11. Can you bring back the banned pictures I wish I could. I lost my site twice already and I really don't want to risk loosing it again. It's just too much work to get it back to what it was before. If you can't go on without seeing those pics email me and I'll let you know where you can find some.
12. Your site looks screwed - everything seems squashed This probabely has got to do with your screen resolution. You need at least a screen resolution of 1024 x 768. If you are unsure check your resolution here .
