Fredillo was an artist who created woman spanking art illustrations in the 1920s. He illustrated works such as la Voluptueuse Souffrance (Voluptuous Suffering) by Max des Vignons [1]
On this page you can find 23 of his 24 Fantaisies Parisiennes (Parisian Fantasies). I think these are supposed to be illustrations of the life in Paris during Fredillo's time with some added imagination. That's all I know about him and his artwork. So, please let me know if you have some more info or the missing 7th picture.
